FAQs E-Drive
1. What is Edrive? Telbru's E-Drive is an online storage service which allows subscribers to upload/share and managed their valuable files/pictures/music/media content in a secure location
2. How Does it work? When you subscribe to our package, we will provide you with a login id and password which will enable you to log in to the e-drive portal where you can immediately begin uploading/sharing your valuable files, images, videos etc.
3. How can I subscribe? Applicant can subscribe to the service at any TelBru branches and will need to bring along:
- Original and copy of the applicant's identity Card and certified as true copy by the holder.
- Authorisations letter with copy of his/her identity Card and certified as true copy by the holder.
- Original and copy of the Business Registration Certificate Cap 16 & 17 for Business Applicant.
- Manager's authorization letter, copy of Manager's identity Card that certified as true copy by the holder (for Business Applicant
4. What will I do after my subscription has been accepted?  During the application, you will be issued with a Login ID and default password. This will enable you to log in to the E-Drive site www.espeed.com.bn/edrive and start uploading and sharing your files and pictures immediately.
5. How much is the subscription fee and monthly rental?  $3 per month
6. What happense if I need more space? Purchase additional blocks of 2GB space at $1.50 per month
6. What are the system requirements? E-Drive will work optimally on any web browser running on PCs that support Windows ® 98 Second Edition, Windows ® NT, Windows ® 2000, Windows ® XP and Mac OS. For Windows ® PC users, you will need at least an intel ® Pentium II 400 MHz or faster processor with 128MB of RAM.   
7. Will there be any devices required? As long as you are connected to the Internet, No other devices are required
8. How do I get started? Once you log in, you can already start uploading or creating folders of your choice
9. What if I forget my password? If you have forgotten your registered password, please call our CALL CENTRE (121)  and request for a password reset. When calling, please keep ready on hand your registered Username and email address for easy reference.
10. Can I change my password? Yes you can once you login
