1. TelBru's or BruNet's Right and Responsibilities   
1.1	TelBru or BruNet will apply for Domain Name and Internet Protocol (IP) Address(es) with the relevant authority for the customer. A local lease line will be installed for the Applicant, TelBru shall use his own equipment (e.g. High Speed Modems and Routers) to establish physical connection to BruNet for gateway. The Applicant is responsible for setting up his server and system networking
1.2	TelBru or BruNet reserves the right to manage and control access to the services, including access to data stored in or transmitted through the BruNet System, in any manner deemed appropriate by TelBru 
1.3	TelBru or BruNet does not: 
1.3.1	provide any support for any publicity available software distributed through BruNet network. TelBru also does not guarantee that the software are free from any bug or virus; 
1.3.2	guarantee the end-to-end transmission throughout of any connection through BruNet network 

1.4	TelBru shall not be responsible for any consequences of using BruNet either directly or indirectly 
1.5	TelBru will do its best to safeguard information passing through BruNet network from any unauthorized access. However, TelBru does not guarantee the confidentially of information. Applicant shall take appropriate action to safeguard his or her own information. 
1.6	TelBru or BruNet reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions herein contained at any time. The Organization shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions so amended. Notice of the amendment may be given by TelBru to the Applicant in such manner as deemed proper. 

2. Applicant's Responsibility   
2.1	Each leased line account can be used by an unlimited number of employee of the organization. 
2.2	The Applicant shall protect the secrecy of the user identification and/or password assigned to him/her at all times and shall ensure that the same in not revealed or disclosed in any manner whatsoever to any person or persons whosoever. The Applicant shall be fully responsible for and shall bear all changes, losses or damages arising from any use of his/her user identification and/or password howsoever the same may arise. A Network / System administrator is required to maintain the system. 
2.3	The Applicant is strictly restricted no to commercialize his server by providing public dial-up accounts for Internet access services. However, the Applicant is allowed to resell the server space for hosting other homepages and cybercafe type of service limited to one location for each given license. 
2.4	Dial-up access from other location apart from the customer's branch / agent is strictly forbidden and considered as public dial-up accounts. 
2.5	The Applicant shall not: 
2.5.1	Use the server: 
a)	for any unlawful purposes such as, but not limited to, vice, gambling or other criminal purpose whatsoever nor for sending to or receiving from any person any message which is offensive on moral, religious, communal or political grounds, or is abusive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character; or 
b)	for persistently sending messages without reasonable cause or for causing any threat, harassment, annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to any person whosoever 

2.5.2	Attempt to gain access to any computer system connected to Internet without authorization by the owner of the computer system. Any unintentional access shall be terminated immediately and be reported to the appropriate owner of the device or equipment or to TelBru 
2.5.3	Use the service to access information or resources which are private to individuals and organizations unless permission to do so has been granted by the owners or holders of the rights to such 
2.5.4	Provide networking services using BruNet network to other parties without a written agreement with TelBru 
2.5.5	Use BruNet for distributing unsolicited commercial advertisements 

2.6	The Applicant shall, when accessing any other network through the services, comply with the rules appropriate for such other network. 
2.7	The Applicant shall be solely responsible for the data retrieved, stored or transmitted through the service. 
2.8	The Organization is free to use any software supplied by any software vendors for accessing the service. The use of the software shall be subjected to the terms and conditions stated herein:
2.8.1	in the event that changes are introduces to the TelBru's or BruNet's network shall not be responsible to ensure that the software will continue to be compatible with TelBru's or BruNet's network and the Applicant shall have no claim whatsoever against TelBru or BruNet arising therefrom; 
2.8.2	the Applicant shall strictly comply with and ensure compliance bu his servants and agents with all instructions or notices in whatever from and through whatever means given by TelBru or BruNet from time to time regarding the use of the software 

3. Payment for Services   
The Applicant acknowledges that BruNet has the right to impose such payment as it may deem fit on the Applicant's who provides registration service on behalf of the Applicant in respect of the registration of BruNet Leased Line according to the speed or bandwidth that provided with BruNet. For further acknowledges that the Applicant is obliged to pay to TelBru or BruNet the registration fees for BruNet Leased Line and other payable connection with BruNet Leased Line registration. 

The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that, should the Applicant's fail to make any payment, TelBru or BruNet may in its sole discretion stop accepting applications for BruNet Leased Line and cancellations of BruNet Leased Line registrations requested by such Applicant's and stop performing other billable transactions requested by such Applicant's not paid in full and TelBru or BruNet may: 
¥	terminate the Registrar Accreditation Agreement or appointment of the Registrar; and
¥	cancel or suspend the relevant BruNet Leased Line registration

 	This service shall be charged for monthly payment basis.
