Login
For non registered WAVE@BRUNEI Surfers
- Purchase a WAVE@BRUNEI prepaid card from any authorized TelBru Card Resellers
- If required, select the "WAVE" network in your wireless devices
- Open your Internet Browser
- Scratch-off and enter USERNAME / ID and PASSWORD into Welcome page of WAVE@BRUNEI
For registered WAVE@BRUNEI Surfers
- If required, select the "WAVE" network in your wireless devices
- Open your Internet Browser
- Enter your registered USERNAME and PASSWORD into Welcome page of WAVE@BRUNEI
- Always ensure you have sufficient credit inside your account
Logout
- To logout, please type http://phc.prontonetworks.com/cgi-bin/authlogout
Tips
- After typing the logout address, bookmark the page and place inside your bookmark bar. This will save time when logging out of the network by just pressing the logout button.
- This card is valid until 90 days once its been activated. TelBru is not responsible for loss, theft or unauthorized use of WAVE.
Register as a WAVE@BRUNEI Surfer
- Purchase a WAVE@BRUNEI prepaid card from any authorized TelBru Card Resellers
- Without inserting the ID and PASSWORD from the prepaid card, click on "Register Here First" at WAVE@BRUNEI login page
- Enter the details required from prepaid card as well as from you. By giving correct information, the Customer Care can assist you in the future should the need arise.
- Any Surfer providing false or incomplete details is automatically omitted from receiving full Customer Care service.
- After you have successfully registered, go to the login page and enter the network using your chosen USERNAME and PASSWORD.
Top-up your WAVE@BRUNEI account
- Purchase a WAVE@BRUNEI prepaid card from any authorized TelBru Card Resellers
- Without inserting the ID and PASSWORD from the prepaid card, click on "Customer Care Portal" at WAVE@BRUNEI login page
- Insert USERNAME and PASSWORD under "Returning Customers"
- Click on "Account Services"
- Click on "Offline Prepaidcards"
- Insert details from prepaid card under "Add Offline PrepaidCards"
- Click on "Add Offline Card"
- Successful top-up will show under "Offline Card Details"
WAVE@BRUNEI Customer Care Portal
As a registered WAVE@BRUNEI Surfer, you have the privilege of monitoring your connection details. Click on "Customer Care Portal" and enter USERNAME and PASSWORD under "Returning Customers"
Home
- Under "Home" tab, you can view your login sessions by clicking on "View History"
Account Service
- Under "Account Service" tab, you can update your profile and also change the password. Take note, your USERNAME is a unique field and you are not able to modify it
- There is also "Offline Prepaidcards" which you use to top-up your credit. For further information, please click on "How to Top-up" button
Always take note of your credits expiry date; TelBru will not reimburse any unused WAVE@BRUNEI prepaid cards that has expired.
Top-up credit not being used will have an expiry date of one year when added. Expiry date will change to 90 days after its been activated.
If you have forgotten your registered password, please call the CALL CENTRE number located at the back of WAVE@BRUNEI prepaid card and request for a password reset.
When calling CALL CENTRE always provide your registered Username and email address for easy reference.
AUTHORISED RESELLERS :
Authorized card resellers sell WAVE@BRUNEI prepaid cards and other TelBru prepaid cards as well. Please take note some of these resellers may decide to not sell the cards directly to public but through other resellers. (This list is not updated)
